Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be in need of serious maintenance as they looked tired and dusty, with stained carpets and a musty smell. On the bright side, the location was perfect, near all the theme parks and central to kids' activities in Orlando. However, it seems like this suite section needs some renovation. The service was a bit disappointing as, after making a phone call to the shuttle company, the driver lied and said we were not there on time, with no refund provided. The location was great, close to Disney parks and in a good business area, but there were some communication issues regarding a particular situation.
